Haunted Heist
A downloadable game for Windows
A Robber has ventured into an old mansion, looking for valuables to steal. The mansion seems abandoned at first sight, but what he doesn't realize is that it's actually guarded by a Ghost, who is not very welcoming of their uninvited guest...
Haunted Heist is a 2D pixel-art style multiplayer cat-and-mouse chase game for two players. One player takes control of the Robber, trying to steal loot from the mansion, before they can then make their escape. The other player assumes the role of the Ghost, who needs to catch the Robber before they can complete their heist. Using your character's different abilites, you will need to be clever and keep track of the other player's position, as you both run around the mansion, trying to accomplish your tasks.
The game features fast-paced and short matches that can be played via online connection with your friends. Note that you will need to be connected to the same network to play with another player, using each other's IP-addresses.
The game also supports both mouse and keyboard as well as gamepad inputs! When using a gamepad, the Robber will also feel the Ghost's presence through haptic feedback, so we recommend trying this option out, if you can.
With that said, let the haunting begin!

Install instructions
To connect and play this game with another player, you will first need to find your IP-address. You can do this easily by searching for the Command Line Interface in your computer. Open it up and then type "ipconfig" and enter. After that, a bunch of numbers will appear on your screen. You should be able to find your IP-address under the "Wireless LAN Adapter Wi-Fi" section, with the tag "IPv4 Address". If you just create a server in the game and let another player type in this IP-address, you should be ready to start playing!
